Elevation Brewing Double Black Series - Engel Weisse Berliner Weisse (Higher ABV)

image
Here’s the latest release coming from the Elevation Brewing Double Black Series of beers.  This beer is called Engel Weisse and it is a Berliner Weisse style ale aged in oak barrels.  Engel Weisse uses Tettnanger hops as well as pilsner & white wheat malts.  Engel Weisse will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 2.5% ABV and 4 IBU.  UDPATE:  Elevation tells me this one will actually come in at 3.4% ABV….and now a further update since Colorado law prevents the sale of beer in liquor stores that is under 4% ABV…so the ABV of this beer will be RAISED to make it legal to sell.
