Exciting news for Right Brain Brewing & Michigan Mobile Canning.  Details from eTruth:

But for summer, cans are the way to go. Right Brain will be Michigan Mobile Canning’s first customer. This is a mobile canning operation that comes to you on a 16 foot box truck. What a great way for smaller breweries to get their product out there. According to Russ, being closed for such a long time between locations left him without the cash flow that he would have needed to purchase a $125,000 canning line.

The mobile canning truck will supplement the existing labor intensive bottling system that is also quite expensive to operate. At the same time, Russ will be able to increase his distribution throughout the state. We should see Willpower Pale Ale (English Pale Ale, 4.9% ABV) on shelves very soon, followed by Northern Hawk Owl, and CEO Stout.
