Today we get a peek at TEN new brews coming from Evil Twin.  These beers are all numbered and simply called Aviary One, Two Three Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine & Ten.  These are all Belgian-style blonde ales, al are brewed at Fano in Denmark, all are packaged in 11.2oz bottles and all are 9% ABV.  So what’s the difference?  Good question.  Other than the number of birds on each label, there is no indication on the label what makes them different so stay tuned.

  1. Based on the Untappd listings, it looks like each version of this beer is aged in a different barrel - https://untappd.com/search?q=evil+twin+aviary

  2. Thanks Austin...I assumed it may be barrel variety, but they'd have to state that one the label...at least i thought they'd have to indicate that on the label. i.e. aged in Tequila barrels....aged in Chardonnay barrels...
