An exciting co brew is underway today with our pals from Evil Genius, Prism Brewing & Boxcar Brewing called Brewvolution II.  This beer will be released at Philly Beer Week 2013.  Details from Evil Genius:

It’s back! After a hugely successful collaboration last year, the next generation of Philadelphia breweries are back to celebrate all things Philly and all things beer. This year’s lineup features, Prism  Brewing Company, Evil Genius  Beer Company, and BoxCar  Brewing Company.

Brewvolution II will debut at Opening Tap at Independence Hall on May 30th and be available throughout Philly Beer Week at select locations.

Brewvolution II

Representing the next generation of Philly brewers, the team behind Brewvolution II reminisced about their start-up experiences over a few Root Beers from Lancaster County and thought, why not flavor a beer with the ingredients in root beer! The brewers spent time researching recipes with the help of the Amish community and ended up with an ale infused with an array of root herbs and spices, whose aroma and taste will tantalize the senses and remind us of our favorite non-alcoholic beverage, without the sweetness, and combined with our favorite beverage – beer!

Brewed May 3rd at Prism Brewing, the result is a delicious concoction, sure to quench your thirst.

Brewed & packaged at Prism Brewing Company, North Wales, PA. Find out more on Prism’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/evilgeniusbeercompany or www.evilgeniusbeer.com
