Epic Brewing is happy to announce its expansion into the San Diego market with a line of 25 beers. Epic Brewing has been in the L.A. and Orange County area for just over a year.

The San Diego launch will take place over the course of several days, from Monday, May 20th through Thursday, May 23rd. Epic’s National Sales Manager, Michael Malachowski, will be in attendance at the events.

“We are excited about expanding the California market,” said Malachowski. “San Diego is a great market and we are confident that the craft beer population will embrace the beers. In fact our co-founders, Dave Cole and Peter Erickson graduated from SDSU and UCSD respectively.”

The first event will take place at the Encinitas Ale House on Monday, May 20th at 4pm, with several different Epic brews available on draft. On Tuesday, May 21th at 5pm, Epic representatives will be at SD TapRoom with five brews on tap. On Wednesday, May 22nd at 4pm, The Public House La Jolla will host a tap takeover and on Thursday, May 23rd at 5pm, Churchill’s Pub and Grille will be serving ten different beers on draft.

“We are thrilled to be launching our beers in San Diego,” said Epic’s Co-Founder David Cole. “I have a very special connection with San Diego and can’t wait to drink some Epic’s around the county next time I visit.”
