Peach County Apple Peach Hard Cider, a carbonated, naturally gluten-free hard cider, debuts at retail in April wherever Ciderboys hard ciders are sold across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota, and Tennessee. Available until the end of summer in six-packs of 12-oz bottles and on draft at select bars, taverns and restaurants, Peach County is a fruity, flavorful amber colored summer refresher combining pure peach flavor with crisp apple cider.

Peach County is Ciderboys’ fourth fruitful pairing – fruity handcrafted hard ciders made by blending unexpected fresh fruit flavors with crisp apple – joining year-round favorite Magic Apple Apple Strawberry Hard Cider and seasonals Cranberry Road Apple Cranberry Hard Cider for the fall and Mad Bark Apple Cinnamon Hard Cider for the winter. Ciderboys, launched in 2012, also produces First Press Traditional Hard Cider, available year-round.
Hard ciders are perhaps the fastest growing segment of the U.S. alcohol beverage industry, outpacing wine and craft beers. In the 12 months ending November 30, U.S. off-premise sales of domestic and imported hard ciders had leaped by 75 percent, according to market research firm Nielsen. Head Cider Maker Hopkins expects the double-digit growth to continue. “Ciderboys will be in the forefront of America’s exciting hard-cider renaissance as more and more hard-cider fans discover our intriguing flavor blends,” he said.
All Ciderboys hard ciders are made with juice from fresh Washington State apples. The juice is pasteurized then fermented at cool temperatures in shining stainless steel tanks. Ciderboys uses a special hard-cider yeast imported from France, where hard ciders have quenched thirsts since the Middle Ages. When fermentation is complete, the cider goes through a filtration process that renders a clear, sparkling liquid. No sugar is added to Ciderboys products, which are naturally gluten free.
