From No-Li Brewhouse:
No-Li Award-Winning Brews will Debut in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and Stretch Across the State
SPOKANE, Wash…The award-winning beers from No-Li Brewhouse are on their way to North Carolina’s beer triangle of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill for a Tuesday, April 30 launch. No-Li is fresh from its recent federal approval of “Spokane-Style” beer classification, for source of origin.
No-Li is centered in craft beer culture with its style, diversity and freshest “Spokane-Style” ingredients, now a federally recognized beer style classification, taking the craft beer world by storm. Offered in 22 oz. bottles, the brewery has a barrel full of international and GABF gold medal awards for Crystal Bitter and the hop-forward beer styles of Silent Treatment Pale, Born & Raised IPA and Jet Star Imperial IPA. After landing in the triangle, No-Li will permeate to Charlotte, Ashville and Greensboro.
“We are traveling to The Triangle and beyond to break bread with great beer people and to engage No-Li with the local beer communities,” said No-Li co-founder John Bryant. “We’ve challenged ourselves to create craft beers that stand up and deliver smiles with the toughest and most competitive beer enthusiasts. North Carolina’s Triangle is another opportunity to raise a pint with some of the best beer people in the world. It’s a cultural part of No-Li; we want to surround ourselves with the best.”
According to brew master and co-founder Mark Irvin, ‘Spokane Style’ beer must be brewed and packaged in Spokane and use all ingredients exclusively from the region, as the name suggests. And, of course all of No-Li Brewhouse styles are 100% Spokane-Style.
No-Li ended 2012 impressively, earning accolades as a top brewery to watch in 2013 by Draft Magazine and Crystal Bitter named one of 21 top US Beers of the Year and Best of the Northwest by the Seattle Post Intelligencer, according to Mark Irvin, No-Li’s brew master and co-founder. The brewery also earned several international awards. In its freshman year, Irvin and No-Li beers earned a gold medal at the 2012 Great American Beer Festival, gold and silver medals at the 2012 Japan International Beer Competition, two silver medals at the 2012 Brussels International Beer Competition and a bronze medal at the 2012 European Beer Star Competition.
