Some Lagunitas Chicago updates tweeting out today as it looks like the taproom will now be opening more toward Aug rather than the projected June 2013 date. The good news is it sounds like it will come out much “cooler!” Plans below show the first floor layout with two separate brewhouse systems, three different packaging lines as well as the taproom itself. Form Tony: It includes 2 brewhouses, 120-750bbl ferms, 10-1,000bbl brite tanks, 3 packaging lines, 2 keglines, a TapRoom&BeerSanctuary, & a buzz shack.
