Here’s another interesting wood-aged brew coming from Innis & Gunn.  This Limited Edition beer is named Canadian Cherrywood Ale and it uses Black Cherrywood chips as well as Maple Syrup.  Look for this beer to be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 8.3% ABV.  Innis & Gunn believe this is the first beer to ever be aged on cherrywood.
