We’ve followed along for the last two years as our friends Mark Lehman & Chris Miller literally worked their butts off to get their new Wilkes-Barre Twp. brewery up and running. From the property search to the zoning hearing, and the brewery planning to the second zoning hearing, we’ve witnessed every step. After two long years of digging basements, pulling up flooring, painting, building, cleaning, constructing and yes….brewing….I was honored to be a part of tonight's Breaker Brewing taproom grand opening.
We’ve celebrated every step of the way, so it was only fitting that we raised our glasses tonight to toast Chris, Mark, Sue, Lisa and ALL of the families and friends that have come to form the Breaker Brewing community.
It’s exciting to see the hopes and dreams of so many friends come true tonight, but I’m even more excited to report that tonight is just the beginning. A few years down the road, when we look back on tonight, I KNOW we will fondly reminisce about that very first night, and I KNOW much like tonight, we will all collectively say, “can you believe how far we’ve come?!” Cheers & congratulations to the entire Breaker Brewing community…. and cheers to what comes next!
