The Bruery - BeRazzled & Mrs. Stoutfire (w/Beachwood Brewing)

From The Bruery:

Another week is in the books and we're ready for a beer. Come join us!

1. Mrs. Stoutfire: For our first local collaboration beer of 2013, we teamed up with our good friends at Beachwood Brewing in Long Beach, CA.  What we ended up with is an imperial smoked stout, but of course it wasn't that simple.  We smoked our own malt on the same smoker and with the same blend of three different woods that Beachwood uses for their award winning BBQ - apple, white oak and pecan.  We then aged the beer on those same three types of wood. The resulting stout is hearty and wonderful, balancing the rich, meaty smokiness with the sweetness of the malt.  Draft will be available this Friday, with growlers available to RS members and bottles available in the next couple of weeks. Cheers!

2. BeRazzled: A fresh batch of BeRazzled, our sour blonde ale aged with raspberries, is coming back this weekend! That 5.7% ABV brew has become a fan favorite around our Tasting Room but is only around for a limited time, so make sure to get some while you can. The fresh batch will be available this Friday and we'll be filling up growlers for RS members while supplies last. We don't make a ton of BeRazzled, so we'll be keeping it to one per person for growler fills.

3. St. Patricks Day: Every day is Patrick's day around this brewery, so we tend to veer away from having anything green tinted or Irish themed around the brewery on this particular Sunday in March. As has become a bit of a tradition, we will be offering up hop oil to add to your beer on St. Patty's to give it a bit of a greener experience.  Skip the hazy madness of your local Irish dive -- and the hangover that inevitably comes Monday morning -- and opt for a flight of some experimental beer and A/C.
