Some updates coming today from Ipswich:
Pictured above is our newest piece of equipment. Her name is "Helga" and she's a centrifuge that will be joining us in our new location. With this new set up we'll be able to expedite the rate in which the yeast drops from the beer, making things easier on our Cellar Man. Thanks Elysian Brewing Company in Seattle,WA for being a great prior owner of Helga! 
With all the snow that we've had over the last month we thought it appropriate to include a picture of the new brewery on a snowy night! We're looking forward to offering people a place to escape from winter's harsh wrath and stay warm with the addition of our cozy brew pub. Here's a little preview of what it will look like when that time comes!
