Today we get to see two different brews coming from Goose Island….Matilda Lambicus Pale Ale (keg, 7%ABV, re-fermented with Bettanomyces Lambicus) & Juliet Belgian Style Wild Ale--Belgian style ale aged in Wine Barrels with Blackberries (8% ABV).
