8th Wonder Brewing Opens in Houston, TX

Another new small brewery is opening it’s doors. 8th Wonder Brewery is opening today in Houston, TX. Details from Chron:

It’s time to raise a glass to Houston’s newest craft brewery: 8th Wonder Brewing Co., the EaDo project from the young men who brought us the Eatsie Boys food truck and, now, restaurant.

“It’s been a long time coming,” said the Ryan Soroka, as he got ready to drive away with the brewery’s first load of kegs.

The kegs are being delivered right now, but the brewery has asked that bars hold off tapping them until Friday — the 8th.
