Lagunitas Chicago - TapRoom Elevated In Center of Brewery

image
We’ve been following along with the build out of the new Lagunitas facility…equipment is arriving and Tony Magee outlined an issue with sprinklers for the taproom…and now we know why.  Apparently the facility is 300,000 sq ft, and Tony is describing a taproom that is elevated at the very center of the building with the brewery surrounding it.  This puts the distance to fire exits pretty far away.  Stay tuned as we follow along to see if the taproom gets approval or if they kill it in favor of getting the brewery up and running.
