Jackie O’s Updates from the Brewery & New Releases

A few updates coming from Jackie O’s:

"Sean and I have been firming up the taps for the release. We will have about 20 different beers on draft. There will be some new beers on, vintage kegs, and of course old favorites. The Friday night tap list will be slim. Majority of the beers will go on draft Saturday. The taps will have a number of vintage kegs from all over. We will also be putting out our cellar list of beers that I have been storing since 2009. These beers are not Jackie O's, but there is some quality stuff. I will also dig through the JOs cellar and be selling off a large portion of those bottles. Each week beers are running out and we are doing our best to save some kegs for the release.

Brian and I brewed a successful batch of razz wheat last week at the new brewery. This week we will be brewing Mystic Mama and Chomolungma. The following week we will package Firefly and Razz (kegs). Hopefully we will also brew Hop Ryot and more Firefly the following week as well.

Looking towards the may/June release, expect Chunga, Dynamo, Eveyln, and barrel aged saisons w/ Brett. Some STAFF sours are nearing completion in the next couple months. Lots of good things on the horizon and once both breweries are cranking, there is going to be lots of beer!

We have 23 cases of Oil and 17 cases of Berliner Wiesse ready to go. This week we package CC7 shooting for around 30 cases. Keep checking back for more updates!"
