Unless I missed the announcement, it looks like Rolling Rock will be bringing us a a new beer called Amber Lager. This Anheuser-Busch owned brand has been famous for their “Extra Pale” and “Light” beers, but now it looks like we have a new brew. Amber Lager will be packaged in 12oz bottles, it will come in at 4.4% ABV and y6es it will still carry the “33” banner.

just got this beer at my bar and love it!!
ReplyDeleteI tried the new Rolling Rock Amber Lager tonight and found it o be an easy drinking beer with good flavor.
ReplyDeleteIt might be a little weak when compared to a lot of the new micro brewery ales and beers but at least its not bitter It goes down smooth. It also doesn't seem to be too carbonated. I've drank 4 and haven't had to take a leak yet. I mean its beer, either you can drink it or you can't. I've tired some expensive stuff that I couldn't make it through 1 bottle. Maybe leaving the lid on is a good thing.
