River Horse Brewing Moving From Lambertville to Ewing, NJ

From MyCentralJersey:

River Horse Brewing Co., the craft brewery that opened on the banks of the Delaware River here in 1996, is preparing to move to a larger facility in Ewing, the company announced on its Facebook page Wednesday.

“It’s been in the works almost since we bought the company — in one form or another, it’s always been in the back of our minds,” brewery co-owner Chris Walsh said Thursday. “Lambertville is a great town and all, but the physical constraints of the building were pretty obvious from the start.”

The move should be finalized in March or April, Walsh said.

From ceiling height to parking availability to access to major highways, he said, the new site boasts a variety of logistical improvements from the current location on Lambert Lane, which offers about 10,000 square feet in which to brew upward of 9,000 barrels of beer annually.
