Dry Dock Expanding To 12,000 Barrels

Expansion Details from Dry Dock Brewing courtesy of the Denver Post:

The new four vessel, 40 barrel brewhouse imported from Canada is up and running and capable of churning out 60,000 barrels per year. The system, theoretically, can start a new batch every three to four hours, all operated by touchscreen.

Delange said Dry Dock expects to brew 12,000 barrels this year, up from 3,278 produced in 2012 at its existing brewery, which will remain in operation and focus on more experimental seasonals, sours and lagers.

Delange and his business partner and soon-to-be former wife, Michelle, are being cautious and bold at the same time – slowly building up production and distribution while moving into a gigantic building they will grow into over time.
