Another new brewery is in the works…and this time it includes a distillery. Bucks County Brewing & Distilling is working to open in Pipersville, PA. Details from The Reporter:
The brewery is allowed in the light industrial zoning district in which it is planned, but the owners also want to have a retail store along with it, so a list of conditions was given in order for Bucks County Brewing & Distilling to get a permit to build, Peter Nelson, Bedminster’s solicitor, said at the Bedminster Township Board of Supervisors meeting earlier this month.
“Most of these conditions were suggested to the township by the applicant,” Nelson said.
Under the conditions, retail sales and tastings must be within the hours of 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. Private group tours of the site must be between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
