Allagash Filling Jim Beam Barrels For Curieux Today

imageAllagash is giving us a peek inside the walls today as they fill Jim Beam Whiskey barrels with their Tripel to form Curieux.  This beer has been a favorite and my nemesis all at the same time.  I love the beer, but I need to learn to share the bottle once I open it.
