Special Anniversary-news from Westbrook Brewing:
On December 20, 2010, we sold our first kegs of beer, and here we are two years later! Join Edward, Morgan, and the entire Westbrook crew at Coleman Public House on Thursday, December 20th at 7pm as we tap the very first keg (outside of the brewery) of our 2nd Anniversary Cap'n Skoon's Ballistic Baltic Stout! Inspired by the legendary and fictional adventures of the mythical Cap'n Skoon (who bears an uncanny resemblance to our Head Brewer, Scott Koon), the Ballistic Baltic Stout is a massive imperial stout fermented with a lager yeast. And just for fun, we're also bringing along a little bit of last year's Mexican Cake. Come on out!
2nd Anniversary Celebrations at the Brewery
Apparently, the traditional 2nd anniversary gift is cotton. Well forget that, we've got something way better! To celebrate (and to thank you all for supporting us these first 2 years), we'll be tapping some of our rarest and coolest kegs at the brewery next Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Each day there will be a new group of 4 beers available to taste (due to the limited nature of these beers, no growler fills). The 2nd Anniversary beer will be on tap and for sale in bottles every day starting on 12/20. Keep an eye on Facebook/Twitter next week for the beer lists!
