Virtue Cider Opening 8,000 Sq. Ft. Cider House in Michigan

imageSome great news for former Goose Island brewmaster Greg Hall as he works toward opening Virtue Cider House.  Details from Mlive:

Hall's company purchased a 48-acre farm in Fennville and is close to completing an 8,000-square-foot cider house there. The facility has a press, fermenting tanks, a keg filler, a lab and a nearly completed tasting room, Hall said.
Hall said he expects final approval from local and state officials to come shortly and Virtue Cider to begin making cider in Fennville before the end of the year. Once that happens, the Fennville cider house will offer public tours, he said.
