Pearl Street Grill & Brewery is claiming to be home to the world’s largest brew pub. How is that possible? General Manager Bill Casale credits years of expansions at several different properties. “We’ve had double digit growth for the last ten years, consecutively,” Casale said. “We’ve grown from two floors to five floors.”
Casale says every floor at Pearl Street is now complete, even the basement, which is now home to Brawler’s Back Alley Deli. “We’ve expanded and taken over the Lafayette Hotel,” he said. “We also run the Pan Am Grill & Brewery and built a brewery there. We took over Webb Lofts and are renting those as two bedroom suites.”
