Details on the Hangar 24 taproom makeover….
Those of you who made it out to the Pugachev's Cobra Release and Barrel Aged Beer Tasting Event last Saturday got to peek at (and hang out in) our latest brewery expansion. What you may not have known is that the expansion you saw was only part of the magic that's underway at the brewery.
Phase two of our expansion/remodel begins this Monday, December 17th when we'll be moving the cold box from its current location in the Tasting Room to its new home in the expansion.
What does all of this mean, you ask? It means that we're going to gain more than 500 square feet in our Tasting Room! And we promise to put the space to good use by re-arranging our bar (making us much more efficient) and by adding some new aesthetics. We'll be a work in progress for a while so stay tuned for the debut of the finished product.
The only direct impact the remodel will have on daily life at the Tasting Room will be on Monday, December 17th and Tuesday, December 18th. The cold box will actually be moved those days so we'll have to keep our doors closed, but fear not (!) we'll be serving during regular business hours on our patio. We should be up and running like normal on Wednesday, the 19th.
Thanks for your understanding during our two days of moving. We promise it will be worth it!
PS - So far, it looks like the weather is going to hold out, so come bid adieu to the cold box and listen to some great music this Saturday, 12/15. Regardless of the rain, it's Ugly Sweater Saturday so wear yours!
