Heavy Seas Uncharted Waters Siren Noir Coming Jan, Holy Sheet Coming May…

We're getting excited about the upcoming changes to our product portfolio, including our new Uncharted Waters series, which will now feature our highest ABV% beers, sold seasonally in 22 oz. bottles. (Uncharted Waters takes the place of the Mutiny Fleet.) Taking effect in 2013, Uncharted Waters beers will match a robust style with a wood treatment to draw out a range of complex flavors.

Siren Noire (January) A rich, velvety imperial chocolate stout transferred & aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels

Big DIPA (March) A double IPA enhanced with oak spirals & aged for several weeks

Holy Sheet (May) Abbey-style ale aged in brandy barrels to add sinfully delicious grape & caramel notes

Great'ER Pumpkin (September) Imperial pumpkin ale brewed with pumpkin & aged in bourbon barrels
