Shipyard - Summer & Monkey Fist IPA Coming to 12oz Cans

We brought you a peek at the new 12oz can packaging for Shipyard Summer Ale and now today comes word from JourneyToTheBeerStore that Shipyard will also be canning their Monkey Fist IPA:

JTTBS: I heard a rumor from a beer distributor recently that you are coming out with a Cherryhead beer is this true? If it is true when can we expect to see Cherryhead hit store shelves?

Fred Forsley: Yes this is true. We are still working on Cherryhead and don't know when it will be coming out.

JTTBS: Will we be seeing any other Shipyard beers in cans soon?

Fred Forsley: Yes, Shipyard Summer and Monkey Fist will be in cans. Pumpkinhead and Shipyard Export are available in cans currently.
