STILLWATER, MN, October 22, 2012/mbb/. – Lift Bridge Brewing Co’s Hop Dish™ IPA hits the shelves today. This is the forth year round beer available in bottles. The recipe draws inspiration from West Coast IPAs, but is rooted in Midwestern tradition. We load 7 different varieties of American hops to give Hop Dish™ IPA citrus, pine, and fruit aroma and flavor notes. As solid malt bill firmly supports the hops.
