We brought you news of Epic brewing’s upcoming Zoning hearing yesterday, and today we have more “Brews News” from Epic:
Stop by the brewery to pick up the last of our summer beers!
Straight Up Saison, Belgian-Style Ale
The aroma is warm with spices and subtle hints of hay and tart fruit. Barley, oats and wheats provide a silky texture, which is balanced by generous carbonation.
Hop Syndrome Lager
German Pilsner Malt, American hops and American lager yeast give this beer a distinctly pleasing bitterness and hop aromas ranging from sweet tart to pine with a clean, crisp finish.
Barley Wine Ale will be back on the shelves on Friday, October 12th!
The first sip of this brilliant, red-brown beer reveals a robust mouth feel and complex flavors, including raisin, dark bread and some sherry, sure to increase with age.
