Brooklyn Brewery’s Version of “White House Beer” Coming to Cuomo’s Beer & Wine Summit

The White House Beer we’ve been talking about quite a bit will make an appearance at Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s Beer & Wine Summit this Wed.  Details from the NYDailyNews:

The folks at the Brooklyn Brewery are bringing a special brew with them to Gov. Cuomo’s much-anticipated Beer and Wine Summit on Wednesday – a honey ale that was brewed using a recipe crafted by chefs at the White House.

“I hope to get one in the hands of Cuomo,” said Brooklyn Brewery Founder Steve Hindy. 

Hindy said it would be fitting for Cuomo to sample the White House beer because of his recently announced plans to campaign on behalf of President Obama.
