With fall just around the corner, we here at Tröegs can think of no better way to usher in the turn of the seasons than with our Dead Reckoning Porter. To celebrate the harvest season, we recently unveiled our brand new fall seasonal Snack Bar menu at the brewery. One of the menu's highlights is a duck confit plate served a hearty white bean ragout and fig marmalade, which makes for a delectable food pairing with our Dead Reckoning Porter. Enjoy!
