Millbock Brewing - Something Dark Peat Smoked Ale

image
Looks like our pals Alan Miller and Albert Debock have a new brew up their sleeves.  Something Dark will be a peat smoked Ale, it will be packaged in 12oz bottles and kegs and come in at 7.5% ABV.

I also heard from Alan Miller and he tells me this will be a new fall seasonal for Millbock.

Is a Peat Smoked Ale that is dark and complex.  It weighs in at 7.5% and is brewed with a large amount peat smoked malt as well as a healthy dose of brown, black patent, and roasted barley which gives it a very nice roasty complexity to it.

Also Friday the 28th we will be holding a joint tap take over with Roy Pitz at the Warwick in Hummelstown.  We will have 6 of our brands, Richard Cranium Rye, Millbock White, Millbock Black, Something Dark, Golden Toos, and Hop Slobber.  Should be a great time and we look forward to seeing everyone out in support!
