No wonder the region’s newest craft brewery that starts pouring officially Saturday with an open house is named 3rd Wave Brewing Co. at the Beach USA. Behind debuts by Evolution Craft Brewing Co. in Salisbury in the spring and Burley Oak Brewery in Berlin a year ago, 3rd Wave settles in on Bi-State Boulevard in Delmar, giving beer drinkers another option to indulge in independently produced microbrew.
