Tommyknocker – Nouveau IPA

image
Here’s a new pastel package from Tommyknocker for their Nouveau IPA—An American IPA using all domestic ingredients..  In case you missed it, “Colorado” is mentioned 5 times on the label, and that’s because this brew uses Colorado fresh hops.  Nouveau will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 7% ABV.  The hops come from Palisade, CO and go from field to kettle in 24hours or less.  The beer is also named for the Beaujolais Nouveau wines of Europe because of the fruity esters created with higher tank temps.
