Here’s a new brew from Iron Fist called Rubus Vigoratus Stout, and it’s brewed with Cardamom & Raspberries.  Rubus is bottle conditioned and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles.  This is Iron Fist’s rendition of Chuck McLaughlin’s winning homebrew recipe and it is brewed to honor the 47th anniversary of Holiday Wine Cellar.  Rubus comes in at 8% and it is suitable for aging.
