It’s not only exciting to see York, PA’s Liquid Hero Brewing grow, but also releasing new hoppy beers. Christian Quinlivan just did an interview with CraftBeer where he released details of their Hop Hero #6 and #7:
We just released two new IPAs dubbed Hop Hero #6 and Hop Hero #7. We never made many IPAs at home but when we opened up our brewery we were asked by many to make one. As with any new style of beer, it takes many renditions to determine where we want to go with it. The 6 is a DIPA with a healthy dose of various hops but it is also very pleasing to the palate and won’t wreck your taste buds. The 7, on the other hand, will make you feel like you just ate a Citra hop. Other than that, we are working toward one of the three of us actually doing this full-time. Our startup has been way more successful than what we originally thought.
