Here’s an interesting auction currently running on eBay. Before anyone asks I have nothing to do with this auction. Up for bid (currently @ $275) are a complete vertical series of bottles from Cigar City’s 110K+OT collection (2008-2012) and all proceeds benefit LUNGevity….
The auction includes one unopened bottle of 110K+OT Batch 1 “Der Rauch Gott,” a corked and caged 750ml bottle that was never sold commercially. This Batch 1 bottle is number 14 of 20, is hand labeled by the brewer, and was personally given to me by Joey Redner, Founder and CEO of Cigar City Brewing. In addition to this bottle are unopened bottles of Batch 2 (I.R.I.S.), Barrel-Aged Batch 2 (BA I.R.I.S.), Batch 3, Batch 4 and Batch 5 – a total of six 750ml bottles. All bottles are in new condition and have been properly cellared.
