imageI couldn’t resist….courtesy of Bizjournals, here’s a peek inside the 1930’s Schmidt’s Brewery:

Work on a large apartment complex at the former Schmidt Brewery in St. Paul is set to start later this year, but first developers are trying to find restaurant and office tenants to move into one of the auxiliary buildings.

We wanted to take a look at the 1930s-style brewery one last time before big changes were made to it. You can take a look, too.
