Brooklyn–The Worshipful Company of Brewers “The River” By Dan Moss Coming 7/20

Our third Worshipful beer was designed by Dan Moss (pictured below surveying his work). After blending Scottish and German floor-malted barley with some choice American hops, the brewery house yeast was pitched and fermented “The River” to a lush, earthy elixir that was then stored in used wine barrels. The burnished gold liquid is topped off with rich, pale foam and smells of wood, vanilla, berries and spice.
