Here’s a BIG new brew from Surly called Syx Ale….and when I say Big I mean 15% ABV BIG (the largest beer ever brewed by Surly)! The Michael Berglund artwork looks great and it should look amazing on this 750ml bottle. Syx is brewed to commemorate Surly’s 6th Anniversary and it uses 6 species of wood in a “honey comb” (a registered trademark of Black Swan Cooperage) to age the beer.
