MBAA Philadelphia Region Meeting Tonight

Stay tuned for details but I’ll be attending the Master Brewers Association of the Americas Philly Region meeting tonight.  I’ll be pushing some photos out to Facebook and I plan to follow up with more of a report tomorrow.  The technical presentation tonight will be

"New insights on brewhouse operations by means of direct steam injection with the PDX system” by Dr. Andres Furukawa, Senior Brewing Technologist at Pursuit Dynamics (PDX) and with the PDX system in operation at Susquehanna Brewing Co it should be a great presentation.
