Saison aged in white wine barrels with Brettanomyces.

Pour Les Oiseaux is part of our "Corbeaux" series of beers. This beer is brewed as a four grain farmhouse style ale and then aged in French oak Chardonnay and Viognier wine barrels for many months. After aging, the barrels were then blended together to become "Pour Les Oiseaux". Secondary fermentation was completed in the wine barrels with brettanomyces.
On tap at the brewery and available to go in 750ml bottles for $12.99 + tax. Limit four per person.
