White Labs, makes of pure brewers yeast held a soft opening for their new tasting room in late March 2012. The new San Diego facility will feature 35 rotating beer taps, highlighting experimental beers (brewed @ White Labs) & yeast strains. The tasting room will allow visitors to sample multiple versions of the same exact beer, each using a different yeast strain. Look for label approval for White Label Brewing Co and an official June 2012 opening.
