Greg Hall’s RedStreak Cider to Debut April 12th

Wondering when former Goose Island brewmaster Greg Hall would release his new ciders…well wonder no more.  On April 12th Greg will premier his RedStreak Cider at a Hideout Chicago Fundraiser featuring several bands.  Tickets can be found here and the day after the event (Friday the 13th), RedStreak will be available elsewhere in Chicago.  The new cider uses 5 varieties of apples and will come in at 5.2% ABV.  RedStreak will be draft-only for the remainder of 2012 but watch for bottles in the future.  For more details check out chicagoeatery.com  Ironically enough there already IS a Red Streak Cider in the UK (here).
