Weyerbacher Uniform Will Be a KrystalHopfenRoggenBocken Coming 2/25

Back in January we brought you the first peek at Weyerbacher Uniform…the next beer in their Brewers Select Series.  Looks like our friend Chris Wilson has worked out a “style” and it’s official…Weyerbacher Uniform will be a “KrystalHopfenRoggenBocken.”  Uniform will be 25% Rye, 25% Wheat & 50% Pilsner malts and use German Hefe yeast.  Uniform will be 7% ABV and package din the traditional 12oz bottles.  According to Bill Bragg @ Weyerbacher, “It is as bitter as a nice IPA and has a beautiful aroma which blends American hops with the traditional clove notes of Weiss beer!”  Look for Uniform on draft at select accounts with 12oz bottles and growler fills only at the brewery beginning 2/25/2012!

Update 2/23 from Mike:  Uniform will be on tap tonight @ 6PM @ Dominick’s Side Door Pub in Chalfont, PA.
