WFFA in Dallas/Fort-Worth TX is reporting that there were two people injured at Franconia Brewing Co (McKinney, TX) today in an explosion of what appears to be a fermenting tank. The brewery was open and tours were going on at the time of the explosion.
McKINNEY — Two people were injured Saturday in an explosion at a small brewery in northeast McKinney.
McKinney Fire Department spokeswoman Stacie Durham said a tank exploded at Franconia Brewing Company, 495 McKinney Parkway, shortly after noon.
The blast propelled a cylinder through a wall, injuring the two people. One was airlifted by helicopter ambulance to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas for treatment; the other went by ground ambulance to Medical Center of Plano. Their names and conditions were not available.
Durham said the cause of the explosion was under investigation.
The Franconia Brewing Company Web site says it currently produces three varieties of German-style beer

Update 2/19: One of the injured workers was treated and released Saturday night. A Franconia spokesperson said the other person suffered some back injuries and a broken rib, but that person could be released from the hospital later on Sunday.
Actually 5 were injured... no one worked there and no info has been released on why it happened. curious.
