Schlafly / St Louis Brewery Sold to Sage Capital

imageWord out of the St Louis Business Journal is that Schlafly  / St Louis Brewery signed an agreement to sell 60% ownership interest in Schlafly to Sage Capital.  Looks like owners Tom Schlafly & Dan Kopman will become Chairman & CEO respectively and reduce their ownership stake and Schlafly / St Louis Brewery will get the much needed capital it needs to expand capacity.  For more details click HERE.
