Here’s a new brew coming to us from one of the newest breweries in Pennsylvania. Neshaminy Creek Brewing is from from Croydon, PA and bills themselves as Bucks County’s Brewery. According to their website, NCBC was working toward TTB approval in Sept 2011 and it looks like they’re ready to start bottling. Today we have their 6.6% ABV County Line IPA and it will be packaged in 12oz bottles. This west-coast IPA is named after their location, very near the Bucks Co / Philadelphia line. The brewing will be done by Jeremy Myers & Rob Jahn and their brewing will initially be done on a 20bbl Stromberg brewhouse using 40bbl fermenters. As you can see, their other initial offering will be a 4.4% ABV Pilsner called Trauger (named after early German settlers in Bucks Co) and they will be opening up a sampling room and gift shop so stay tuned.
