The guys at White Birch never take a rest…up today we have the Barrel-aged American wild ale Indomitus (8.2% ABV, 750ml 120 bottles—bottles 16 Aug 2011 and Black Batch…whatever that means), and Coopers Dilemma Ale Belgian-sty;e ale aged in Birchwood (7.6% ABV 750ml 120 bottles—bottled July 25 2011 and one batch)…and clearly Coopers refers to barrels & the coopers that contributed to this brew.
