Schneider Weisse–TAPX Mein Nelson Sauvin

Up today we have an interesting approval for Schneider Weisse called Tap X Mein Nelson Sauvin.  Looks like this beer was brewed originally as a limited edition Europe-only release for the 25th anniversary of the ABT cafes in Holland.  imageThis 7.3% ABV 750ml bottle-conditioned wheat bock beer uses the new Nelson Sauvin New Zealand hop strain.  According to the press release: Georg Schneider designed the label: "On the label I want to show the idea and the taste of the beer and I have decided to use a hop shoots with colored umbels on a blue and white background which stands for the Bavarian sky."  It also carries a pretty interesting neck label as you can see.
